• Procurement by individually tendering main contractor and all sub-contractor packages: Shopfitting, Signage, Graphics, Refrigeration, HVAC, Extraction, CCTV, etc

• Contract documentation

• Managing progress payments and variations orders

• Final Account negotiations

• Project Reports for all 3 cost stages of project: Concept, Procurement and Completion.
